This  privacy statement elaborates on  Article  5 of  the Articles of Association in combination with the  law on General  Data Protection  Regulation .   This  privacy statement  describes  which personal data  HSV de  Edelkarper  processes  and  for  what  purposes  these personal data  are  used.

1. registers for membership with HSV de  Edelkarper;

9. memberships number of the Dutch angling association;
10. and relevant sport fishing data (such as volunteerfunction(s)  within  the  angling organisations,  products  and  services purchased,   fishing preferences,  angling results,     );

1.3 HSV de  Edelkarper  uses  this  data  to:

• mail personalized  invoices  including  specification  overview  of  which  permit(s),  subscriptions  and  services  (boat  department) one  purchases;
• information (provision of information);
• research (development  in  angling sport);
• law enforcement.

• The regional  angling federation,  Sport visserij  Nederland  and the BHK (Bergse Hengelsport Kombinatie) of whichde Edelkarper is a member (this for registering  in HSV Online, registering  for competitions for which you enrole, etc. );
• NOC*NSF of which Sport visserij Nederland is a member;
• members of HSV de  Edelkarper  (for  the  performance  services);
• persons and national services providers engaged  in the control and enforcement of the Fisheries Act 1963 and it’s regulations.
